Location: Goa/Pune/Mumbai
Experience: 7 yrs. + industrial exp. In A/c & Sales
Salary: upto 9 lpa
Working days- 6 days (10 am- 7 pm)

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and drive revenue growth for an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the HVAC industry, and a proven track record in sales management.
Core Responsibilities:
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Prepare budgets and approve expenditures.
Heat Load calculations.
Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
Analyse sales statistics, Project sales and determine the profitability of products and services.
Determine discount rates or special pricing plans.
Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits.
Assign sales territories and set sales quotas.
Plan and coordinate training programs for sales staff.
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to drive sales growth.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and allocate resources effectively.

2. Team Management and Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance the team’s performance.
Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing.
3. Key Account Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to expand business with existing clients and secure long-term partnerships.
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

4. Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients.
Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new projects and clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven business decisions.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the management team.
Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline analysis, conversion rates, and revenue projections.

6. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, providing updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Participate in sales and strategy meetings, contributing ideas and insights to drive business growth.

B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the HVAC industry.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
